The short version
PullSheet is a second opinion for a qualified tradesperson. It is not an authority, and it never takes responsibility for the job off you.
Seven days free, then 29.99 US dollars a month or 199.99 US dollars a year. It renews by itself until you cancel, and you cancel in your Apple account settings in two taps.
These terms are an agreement between you and Intent Mesh LLC, publisher of the PullSheet apps. Installing or using any PullSheet app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
Who this is for
Qualified tradespeople
PullSheet is built for licensed, certified, or otherwise qualified mechanics and technicians, and for apprentices working under proper supervision. If you are not trained and authorized to work on the equipment in front of you, this app does not make you so, and you should not be working on it.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. The app is not directed to children.
These terms cover every app in the family: PullSheet Elevator, PullSheet HVAC Pro, PullSheet Electrical Pro, PullSheet Plumbing Pro, PullSheet Auto, PullSheet EV, and the older PullSheet app.
Subscription
What it costs, and how to stop it
Each app offers one subscription, sold in two plans:
- Monthly: 29.99 US dollars per month.
- Yearly: 199.99 US dollars per year.
New subscribers get 7 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. The trial is once per Apple account per subscription group, so it will not be offered again if you have already used it. Prices outside the United States are set by Apple in your local currency and are shown to you before you commit. No plan is preselected and the price is on the screen before you tap anything.
It renews by itself
Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancelling
Cancel any time, and keep what you paid for until the period runs out:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions, then the PullSheet app, then Cancel
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Only the step above does.
Refunds are Apple's
Apple, not us, takes the payment and holds the refund power. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple account that bought it. We have no ability to issue a refund on Apple's behalf, though if something we did caused the problem, tell us and we will say so to Apple in writing.
Changes to price
If a price ever goes up, Apple tells you before it takes effect and you get the chance to cancel. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
What is free
There is a limited number of diagnoses per device per day at no charge, so you can judge the app on real work before paying. That allowance is a courtesy, we may change it, and it is not part of what you buy.
Safety
The job is still yours
The app assists you. It does not certify, approve, inspect, or take responsibility for anything.
You remain the qualified person on site. Every diagnosis is a starting point to verify, not an instruction to follow. Check it against the prints, the manufacturer's own documentation, the applicable code, your employer's procedures, and the equipment actually in front of you before you act.
Lockout and tagout, every time. De-energize, lock out, tag out, and test dead before you put hands on anything. The app cannot see whether you did, and nothing it says removes that step.
Never bypass, jumper, or defeat a safety device. Interlocks, limits, valves, and protective circuits exist because people were killed without them. The app refuses to help defeat one, and if an answer ever reads as though it is telling you to, stop, do not do it, and tell us. We treat that as the most serious defect there is.
The app never touches equipment. It does not connect to, control, program, or command any machine. It reads what you type and writes back text.
The AI
It can be wrong
Answers are produced by a large language model reasoning over the symptom you described. That means they are probabilistic, not authoritative. The model can be confident and wrong. It can miss a cause it was never told about. It can describe a component that is not the one in your machine. It has no eyes on the job and knows only what you typed.
Confidence labels in the app describe the model's own read of its answer. They are not a guarantee, a certification, or a measurement.
Treat every answer the way you would treat a suggestion from another mechanic over the phone who cannot see the equipment. Useful, worth hearing, and yours to verify.
Acceptable use
What you agree not to do
- Do not use the app to defeat, bypass, or disable a safety device, or to work around a code requirement or a required inspection.
- Do not use it for work you are not qualified, licensed, or authorized to perform.
- Do not put another person's personal information, or your customer's private records, into the symptom box. The app does not need it.
- Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute access, and do not share one subscription across a crew as a substitute for their own.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the prompts, models, or keys behind the app.
- Do not automate, script, or scrape the service, run it through a bot, or work around the usage limits, including by rotating device identifiers.
- Do not use the app to build or train a competing product.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to send.
Breaking these terms can end your access. If we ever have to do that, we will tell you why.
Ownership
Whose work is whose
Ours: the apps, their design, their code, their prompts, and the PullSheet name are the property of Intent Mesh LLC. Your subscription buys you a personal, non transferable right to use the app, not ownership of any part of it.
Yours: what you write stays yours. Your symptoms, your notes, your meter readings, and the resolutions you record belong to you. In the native apps they are stored on your device and in your own private iCloud, and we do not hold a copy. We claim no ownership of them and we do not use them to train models.
Nobody else's: PullSheet does not reproduce, host, or redistribute any manufacturer's proprietary documentation. The Elevator app contains no manufacturer manuals, wiring diagrams, fault code tables, or service literature, and the same rule holds across the family. Answers are reasoning in general trade terms, and when a question can only be answered correctly out of an OEM manual, the app says so and sends you to the manual. Your own access to a manufacturer's documentation stays between you and that manufacturer.
No affiliation: PullSheet is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any labor union, trade organization, manufacturer, contractor, or industry association. Any equipment or trade term used in the app is used only to describe the work.
Warranty and liability
The legal floor
The apps are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non infringement. We do not warrant that a diagnosis is correct, that the service is uninterrupted, or that it will be available in a basement with no signal.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Intent Mesh LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, equipment damage, downtime, callback cost, or injury arising from use or misuse of the apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction allows.
Apple
Apple's position in all this
This agreement is between you and Intent Mesh LLC, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the apps or their content, and has no obligation to provide support for them. If an app fails to conform to a warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, and beyond that refund Apple has no further obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Housekeeping
The rest
Privacy: what the apps collect is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes: when these terms change, this page changes and the effective date at the top moves. Continuing to use the apps after that date means the new version applies. A change that materially reduces what you have paid for will not be applied to a period you have already bought.
Ending it: you can stop using the apps at any time by cancelling and deleting them. We can end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue an app, in which case you can ask Apple for a refund of any unused paid period.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a court finds any part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Whole agreement: these terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Intent Mesh LLC about the apps, and they replace anything said before.
