Write to us

We read every message and answer it ourselves. There is no ticket robot in the middle.

support@intentmesh.dev

Tell us these four things and you get a real answer on the first reply instead of the third:

  • Which app, and the version from Settings inside it
  • Your iPhone or iPad model, and the iOS version
  • What you were doing right before it went wrong
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead

Covered here

The apps

  • PullSheet Elevator
  • PullSheet HVAC Pro
  • PullSheet Electrical Pro
  • PullSheet Plumbing Pro
  • PullSheet Auto
  • PullSheet EV

Six apps, one engine underneath. Every answer on this page applies to all of them.

Common answers

Trial and billing

What you pay, and when

Every app opens with a free trial. Nothing is charged while the trial runs, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing at all.

Billing runs through your Apple Account, not through us. We never see a card number. To check which plan you are on, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions, then PullSheet

Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account that bought it.

New phone

Getting your subscription back

Your subscription follows your Apple Account, not the handset. After a new phone or a reinstall, open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases.

If it still says you are not subscribed, check that the device is signed into the same Apple Account that bought it. That is the cause almost every time.

No signal

The diagnosis will not run

A hoistway, a mechanical room, and a basement all eat signal. The app is built for that. Your symptom is written down the moment you submit it, and the diagnosis runs itself the second you have bars again, whether the app is open or not.

Being off the grid is not a failure and nothing is lost. You can put the phone in your pocket and the answer will be waiting.

If you had full signal and it still failed, that is a real fault. Send it to us.

Voice

It will not pick up my voice

iOS has to hand over the microphone before the app can hear anything:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Scroll down to the PullSheet app and tap it
  3. Turn on Microphone and Speech Recognition

Working in gloves, turn on Glove Mode in the app's Settings. Answers read themselves aloud as they land and give you a triple pulse you can feel through a glove.

Two devices

Your work on the iPad too

Jobs, logs, and resolutions sync through your own private iCloud, iPhone to iPad. Being signed into the same Apple Account on both is all it takes.

The copy on the device is the real one, so the app keeps working with iCloud switched off or out of reach, and catches up on its own later.

When it misbehaves

Send us the black box

The app keeps a black box on itself. If it crashed or hung, open Settings inside the app, tap Diagnostics, and export the report in one tap.

Attach that to your email. It usually lets us see the fault without guessing, which turns a week of back and forth into one reply.

Your data

What we hold, and getting rid of it

There is no account to close. Your jobs, logs, and resolutions live on your device and in your own private iCloud. Deleting the app and clearing its iCloud data removes them.

Symptoms you submit are sent to our diagnosis service to produce an answer. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what that means, including voice audio.

Anything else about your data, write to us and ask plainly. You will get a plain answer.

Safety

PullSheet assists qualified mechanics. Never bypass a safety device.

It is a second opinion, not an authority. Verify every answer against the prints and the equipment in front of you before you act on it.

If an answer ever reads like it is telling you to defeat a safety circuit, stop, do not do it, and tell us. We treat that as the most serious bug there is.
